Role in NovaShot
In NovaShot, I was the Producer, Lead Sound Designer and a Level Designer.
As producer, I ensured that the game’s development was on track, and managed the game’s developmental progress using P4 Plan (formerly Hansoft). Using a project management software allowed me to easily track the game’s progress as the rest of the team updates it live, making the timeline of development visually simple to look at and allowing the team to easily plan for milestones and deadlines.
Aside from my producer duties, I was in charge of sourcing sound effects and background music for the game, as well as work with other teammates on level design and overall game design to ensure that the game was easy to learn and navigate.
